At Corazon Threads, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same product.

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
